2023 Avenues for Justice SECOND CHANCE GALA

Thank you for your support of our 2023 Second Chance Gala!

As you know, Avenues for Justice (AFJ) works hard to meet the needs of our Participants as we continue to provide court advocacy support and essential wraparound services.

We are thrilled that you helped us celebrate and honor Khaliah Ali with the Andrew Glover Justice Award and AFJ program graduate Thomas, with the Second Chance Award for his success and the great strides he’s made since completing our program.

We know that our work makes a difference and are always grateful for the opportunity to shine a light on people like Khaliah who are fighting for change through their activism, and Participants like Thomas who show us what’s possible when young people are given second chances and services instead of cells.

We also know that people like you, who support and champion our work with your generosity, are an essential part the AFJ family. We are so grateful for your support, and we look forward to continuing our efforts to serve youth and young adults in New York City for many years to come.
